Pros (+) The Location. The suite layout. Convenient parking. Comfortable bed. Location of the hot tub.
Cons (-) Couldn’t get the air conditioning adjusted. Also couldn’t figure out all the tv remotes and the instructions didn’t seem to help. Gave up.

Pros (+) Super cute, almost European-Style hotel in the heart of Steamboat Springs. Easy to walk anywhere in town from here. Surprise amenities like the hot-tub and lounge.

Pros (+) If you're looking for a clean, comfortable room to drop your bags and go, this is your place! The location is walking distance to everything on Lincoln Ave./ HWY 40. This is not your place if you want to hang out in your room, or for kids as sound travels in this historic hotel. It was a great for my husband and I who just wanted a clean, conveniently located place to sleep and shower before we mo...
Cons (-) Not really negatives, just reality. Not handicapped accessible as it is a historic building with stairs, narrow hallways/walkways, and small rooms. Also, thank goodness there weren't families or unruly guests because sound travels, again because it's a small historic boutique hotel. No fault on them, it's just what it is.
